Submit the inquiry form with your date, guest count, and event type. We'll confirm availability and send a custom quote.

A refundable cleaning/damage deposit ($50-$150) holds your date along with a reservation payment. Deposits are refunded if post-event conditions are met.

Weddings & Corporate

Is rehearsal time included?
A rehearsal hour can be added based on availability, or bundled with a weekend wedding package.
Do you have a bridal suite or green room?
The Fireside Room has large, uncovered windows and works best as a lounge or photo/cocktail space. For private getting-ready or backstage needs, we can set up a screened area (privacy panels or pipe-and-drape) in the Ballroom or an adjacent zone—ask about this add-on when you inquire.
Can we take photos around the building or on Main Street?
Yes. Baker Tower's historic architecture and downtown Main Street make great backdrops. We'll advise on the best spots and timing.
Can you support hybrid meetings or live-streaming?
Yes. Bring your streaming gear or AV vendor. We provide Wi-Fi, power, and a podium. We can also refer local technicians.
Do you offer day packages for trainings or offsites?
Yes. Ask about weekday meeting packages that bundle room setup, coffee service, and AV access at a flat rate.
